Booking Policies

Your filming dates are not officially reserved until payment has been completed and your booking has been confirmed by EK3 Shots.

All package pricing and included deliverables will be displayed before checkout.

Booking availability is subject to EK3 Shots' schedule and availability.

If a selected game date requires additional confirmation because of scheduling, location, tournament timing, or another circumstance, EK3 Shots will contact you before confirming that date.

Bookings may be cancelled up to 72 hours before the scheduled game.

Because your filming dates are reserved specifically for you, payments are generally non-refundable.

Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may be eligible for a one-time reschedule, subject to availability.

We understand that sports schedules change.

Clients may request one reschedule at no additional charge when notice is provided as soon as reasonably possible.

All replacement dates are subject to EK3 Shots availability.

Additional rescheduling requests may require an additional fee.

If weather conditions make filming unsafe or cause the scheduled game to be delayed, postponed, or cancelled, the affected filming date may be rescheduled at no additional charge.

EK3 Shots will work with the client to select another available game date.

If a scheduled game or event is cancelled by the school, team, league, tournament, venue, or event organizer, the affected booking may be transferred to another available game date.

Clients should notify EK3 Shots as soon as they receive notice of the cancellation or schedule change.

Standard travel is included in the package price.

There are no additional travel fees for standard EK3 Shots bookings.

If a booking requires unusual or extensive travel outside EK3 Shots' normal service area, availability will be discussed with the client before the booking is confirmed.

No unexpected travel charge will be added after booking without prior communication.

Sports schedules can change.

Clients are responsible for providing EK3 Shots with the most accurate game date, location, and start time available when booking.

If a game time or location changes after booking, please notify EK3 Shots as soon as possible.

EK3 Shots will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes, but availability for significantly changed dates or times cannot be guaranteed.

Coverage is based on the scheduled game or event time.

If the athlete, team, or event begins late, EK3 Shots will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the delay.

However, filming coverage may not be extended when another booking, event, or commitment follows the scheduled coverage period.

Spotlight Package clients will receive their completed package content within 48 hours following each scheduled game-day shoot.

The turnaround period begins after the applicable game has been filmed and EK3 Shots has received any information needed to complete the edits.

MVP Package clients receive priority editing.

MVP clients will receive their first professionally edited video within 24 hours following each scheduled game-day shoot.

Remaining MVP content will be delivered according to the delivery timeline communicated with the client's booking.

The 24-hour promise applies specifically to the client's first professionally edited video and should not be interpreted as delivery of every MVP package deliverable within 24 hours.

Clients may choose the song they would like used in their edited content.

Song selections should be provided before editing begins whenever possible.

If no song is selected, EK3 Shots may choose music that complements the footage and editing style.

Please understand that Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other third-party platforms maintain their own music and copyright policies. EK3 Shots cannot guarantee that a third-party platform will permit, retain, monetize, or continue displaying a particular song after the content has been uploaded. Any muting, removal, restriction, copyright notice, or platform action related to a selected song is outside EK3 Shots' control.

Clients understand that they are hiring EK3 Shots based on its existing creative style, shooting style, editing style, and portfolio.

Creative decisions including pacing, transitions, shot selection, effects, color treatment, and overall presentation are made using EK3 Shots' professional judgment.

Each package includes up to two editing revision requests.

Revision requests may include reasonable adjustments to the existing edit, including:

• Clip selection
• Timing
• Text
• Minor sequencing changes
• Similar reasonable adjustments

Revision requests should be submitted within 7 days of receiving the applicable content.

A request for an entirely new video concept, extensive re-edit, additional deliverable, or work outside the original package may require an additional fee.

Unused revisions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for additional videos or services.

Raw or unedited footage is not included with Spotlight or MVP Packages unless specifically stated in writing.

Packages include the professionally edited deliverables listed at the time of purchase.

Raw footage may be made available as an additional purchase at EK3 Shots' discretion.

Clients will receive the deliverables associated with the package purchased at the time of checkout.

Spotlight Package — $497

Includes:

• 2 game-day shoots
• 4 custom professionally edited videos
• Professional-quality sports videography
• Social-media-ready content
• Applicable Spotlight bonus content

MVP Package — $749

Includes:

• 2 game-day shoots
• 8 custom professionally edited videos
• 8 professionally edited photos
• First professionally edited video delivered within 24 hours following each applicable game-day shoot
• Social-media-ready content
• Applicable MVP bonus content

Any additional content, shoots, videos, photos, or services not included in the purchased package may be available for an additional charge.

The client is responsible for confirming that videography and photography are permitted at the applicable school, stadium, gymnasium, tournament, field, court, venue, or event.

Some organizations and venues maintain their own media-access rules.

EK3 Shots cannot be held responsible when filming is restricted, limited, interrupted, or prohibited by venue staff, event organizers, schools, leagues, security personnel, or other authorized parties outside EK3 Shots' control.

EK3 Shots will make reasonable efforts to capture the booked athlete throughout the applicable game.

Sports are unpredictable, and specific plays, scores, highlights, possessions, or moments cannot be guaranteed.

The quantity and type of usable footage may be affected by:

• Playing time
• Athlete positioning
• Venue access
• Obstructions
• Lighting
• Weather
• Game flow
• Coaching decisions
• Injuries
• Event restrictions
• Other circumstances outside EK3 Shots' control

Booking EK3 Shots guarantees professional filming services and the package deliverables, not the occurrence or capture of any specific athletic moment.

EK3 Shots content may be used by clients for athlete branding, social media, personal promotion, and recruiting-related purposes.

However, EK3 Shots does not guarantee:

• Recruitment
• Scholarships
• College offers
• Scout attention
• Coach attention
• Team placement
• Increased followers
• Social media reach
• Athletic opportunities

Statements such as "get seen" or "build your brand" describe the purpose and potential use of professional athlete content and are not guarantees of a particular recruiting or career outcome.

Clients may use their completed EK3 Shots content for personal use, athlete promotion, recruiting, and their personal social-media platforms.

Clients may share and repost their delivered content unless otherwise stated.

The client may not resell EK3 Shots footage, license it commercially to another business, or falsely represent another photographer or videographer as the creator without written permission from EK3 Shots.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, EK3 Shots may display completed photographs and video excerpts created during booked services in its:

• Website
• Portfolio
• Social media
• Promotional materials
• Advertising
• Demonstration reels

When the athlete is a minor, the parent or legal guardian completing the booking should be the person providing any required consent.

Clients who do not want their completed content used publicly by EK3 Shots should notify EK3 Shots before filming.

When services involve an athlete under the age of 18, the booking must be completed or authorized by the athlete's parent or legal guardian.

The parent or legal guardian represents that they have authority to book the services and provide the information and permissions necessary for the services.

Because filming dates are reserved and creative services are allocated specifically for each client, payments are generally non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.

Eligible game cancellations, weather issues, or qualifying schedule changes may be handled through rescheduling as described in these policies.

If EK3 Shots is unable to fulfill a confirmed service for reasons within EK3 Shots' control, the client may be offered a replacement filming date or a refund for the portion of the purchased service that EK3 Shots is unable to provide.

Refund eligibility does not extend to dissatisfaction based solely on personal creative preference when the delivered work is consistent with EK3 Shots' advertised style and package description.

The client is responsible for providing accurate information including:

• Athlete name
• Team
• Jersey number
• Game date
• Game time
• Game location
• Contact information

EK3 Shots is not responsible for missed coverage resulting from inaccurate information supplied by the client or a failure to notify EK3 Shots of known scheduling changes.

EK3 Shots will not be considered in breach of its obligations when services cannot be performed because of circumstances reasonably outside its control, including severe weather, natural disasters, venue closures, government restrictions, widespread transportation disruption, emergencies, illness, or similar unforeseen circumstances.

When practical, EK3 Shots will work with the client to find a reasonable rescheduling solution.

Before checkout, the client is required to confirm: "I have reviewed and agree to the EK3 Shots Booking Terms & Service Policies."

Completion of payment constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of the policies presented during checkout.
